Refund Policy

Our goal at Selfie Mirror Service, is your complete satisfaction with your booking.

 

In the case of mechanical failure, inclement weather, or any other unforeseen incident that prevents Selfie Mirror Service and/or J.R Bellas Photography from attending on a scheduled date, the client will get a full refund if applicable.

 

If Selfie Mirror Service and/or J.R Bellas Photography does not attend a booking and the client has paid in full, the client will receive a full refund.

Deposits are non-refundable. No refund will be given under any circumstances if you fail to notify us that you are cancelling the event for any reason and/or we attend the activity on the day and at the time listed when the booking was made. Cancelations must be made no later than 14 days prior to the event to receive a full refund minus the deposit. If cancelations are made after the 7 days, there will be an additional admin fee of £50.00.

Due to the nature of digital photography and the fact that photographs, once sent, cannot be returned; J.R Bellas Photography & Selfie Mirror Service has a strict NO REFUNDS POLICY on all photographs that are supplied. If a client is not satisfied with their photographs, this would then need to be addressed in writing. Guestbooks 

 

As guestbooks are personalised to each event, we are unable to make any refunds for these items.

USBs

 

If in the unlikely event that a client is supplied with a USB that fails to operate correctly, or does not have their photographs from the event or given the wrong event, then Selfie Mirror Service will provide another USB free of charge. 

​

If the client has lost their USB and requests a new one, then Selfie Mirror Service will provide another USB with your event photographs but will incur a charge of £10.00 plus postage if required. Please be aware that due to data protection, we can only hold your photographs for up to 1 month. After this, your photos will be removed from our system.
